Crepe/ Blinchik Recipe!























Okay so here is the ingredients you will need!.

1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons of oil
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions:
Mix the wet ingredients first, then add the flour and whisk away! Make sure there are no flour lumps. When the mixture is fully mixed, feel the consistency of the mixture. makes sure its runny, not thick! To thick will no give you the original crepe or blinchik texture you are looking for!
Take a ladle and fill it up 3/4 of the way ( Depending on your pan size). Try it out a few times, the first one for me is always a fail, to thick or thin, so i adjust the recipe. sometimes it might need more flour or more milk! Now if you don't want to use milk, use coconut milk or just simply use water. Oil up the pan with butter or oil, whatever you prefer and then pour the batter in and swirl around your pan! Clockwise or counterclockwise which ever way you are must comfortable!
Wait about 30 seconds and check the edges if they are curled up and brown then use a knife to scrap the edges and then use your hands to flip it! At first it will be very hard! Just practice your perfect crepe or blinchik is on its way to deliciousness!
